Daniel & Melanie Ives established Popty Cara in 1993. We supply the Wholesale, Retail and local markets. All the cakes are individually handmade and are cooked fresh to order (no stocks are held, at all).

This dark sticky Gingerbread is very moist so it can be eaten on its own.
It can also be sliced
and buttered, or warmed and served as a pudding with Cream, Ice cream or
Custard.
It has also been eaten with Goats Cheese.
Chocolate Pudding Cake
Best served warm with cream, custard and or Ice cream.
No Added Sugar Fruit Cake
No added sugar or sweeteners.
